ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP RULES:

Cancellation Auto-Renewal Terms:

• A minimum 12-month commitment is required.
• Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice to The SHAW Center.
• A $250 early cancellation fee will be assessed.

Other Exclusively You Membership terms:

• Membership is not transferable. You may, however, transfer up to 2 Enzyme Treatments with mask to a friend per year.
• Services must be used in the month they are earned. No rollover allowed.
• Cannot combine monthly specials with additional yearly savings.

*Monthly payments will recur until you cancel your account. If you decide to cancel your membership, a $250 early cancellation fee will be assessed and you will have 30 days to redeem all accumulated credit. Monthly membership services must be redeemed in-office and are subject to change without notice. Members may receive their membership pricing on skincare products and services offered online by being logged into their store account and following instructions found at checkout. Membership discounts are not combinable or valid with any other promotions or discounts.
